The replacement of Pitch 2 is well underway and behind the scenes the Essendon Hockey Management committee have been in negotiations with Moonee Valley City Council with regards to the signing of a new lease. This has necessicitated a review of the liquor licence and new planning permit. Unfortunately liquor licensing requirements preclude us from alcohol trading until further notice. However, we will be applying for a licence to sell alcohol on SL1 match days. On other days you are wlecome to BYO to the ground only, i.e. not into the clubrooms. Once we have a licence again we will let you know that things are back to normal.
